Floyd in a fast ring ( 26 foot) beats anyones ass ! the man is slick as owl shit ! Mayweather will pot shot a man to death while on his heals. you give Floyd the room, he will put on the zoom ! ;)

I think the way to beat Floyd is not only to keep putting pressure on him but make him come straight to you as well...a guy like Roberto Duran at 135 would have had a great shot at beating PBF because he's a big puncher, applies pressure, great chin, and he's an asshole, he's bait Floyd into brawling with him just like he did with Leonard.

Everyone reaches for answers to beat Floyd...everyone.

To date...I just don't see anyone out there that has the answers...not until Floyd goes up to 154 or a catch. Winky fwocks him up & maybe Oscar too...& Shane.

Too big...too many punches.

Floyd is accurate as hell though...& much faster than all of the above names.

Hell I don't know...but I am in full agreement with Lyle...Floyd's just that damned good.

A standard 18 foot ring would do the trick. just enough room for Floyd to move a bit, but some exchanges would be forced, thus making it more exciting. you need a ring that can be cut off.. these 26 footers Floyd is fighting in are damn near impossible to cut off especially when you got a guy like Floyd who is so masterful and slick in there. .

I think another thing people get tired of with Floyd is he never fights exciting fights because he won't trade...not his fault he just chooses not to but there are guys that would try to get him to brawl and I think would make for exciting fights

Cotto- the guy never has a dull fight!
Hatton- his pressure and wrestling force PBF to do more
Margarito- his chin wouldn't be tested by Floyd

Now if they were able to get a smaller ring they would be in business

Totally disagree...he just went toe to toe & slang with Baldo & he did the same against Castillo & Corley & so many others.

I just honestly believe that everyone either wants to see him lose once or they just hate how masterful the gent is at his defense.

The mistake that big bangers make when fighting Floyd is simple. The mistake is they Chase ! you don't chase a smooth boxer, why? Because your fighting their fight completely. What you do is you draw a line in the sand,, especially in a big ass ring, and you make them come to you ! So many big punchers fall into the chase game, .. Now sure you can try it a few rounds and see if you can catch.. but after a few rounds and its not working , stop immediately and make them come to you , shame them make them look like non combatants. by taking a step back everytime they take a step back ! very important strategy to beating a slick boxer ! O0

I just don't get why everyone got all upset & pissed over this fight...Floyd's taken on a much MUCH bigger man & he's outboxed him & he's clocked him hard...several times.
