I never really though Hatton hit and held; more like mauled and jockeyed an opponent around. But this is blatantly embarassing to see this guy hold this much. A travesty that the ref decided to let him tie his shoes, lol.

How shit was Malignaggi. You have to be a lot better of a fighter to have hair like that. And why does a broken right hand keep you from jabbing. That's two in a row horrible performances.

Hatton looks bad too though. I have never seen anybody throw more lead left hooks than Hatton. Wide sweeping ones. There like his version of a jab.

To be fair Lazcano's playing into the holding game as much if not more than Hatton. He's the one actually doing most of the work in the clinch.

Sounds like a typically shit Hatton fight. No doubt people will say it's because he's past his prime when the truth is he's always only been a B level fighter.

He beat a shot Kosta Tyszyu who quit, a result which meant about as much as Leon Spinks beating Ali. Like Carlos Baldimor his moment of glory came through good timing nothing more.

He has struggled against every remotely opponent he's ever faced, Thaxton, Magee, Tackie, Urango, Maussa, Collazo.

He's so overratted.

Imagine if Lazcano was not off of 15 month layoff.Combo sloppy from Hatton.Lazcano lands small double left hook.Hatton lands right.Uppercuts from Hatton land.Bell sounds and crowd cheers.Hatton was so very wide open for left hooks.Lazcano did what he could with what he has at this point,pretty scrappy go at it.

expect wide margins . Lazcano never looked like he could win

Ricky is a nice guy but to think people thought he was going to beat Cotto :o


It's almost as funny as the James Toney fans who thought he was going to rule the heavyweight division.
