I told you I scoredd while listening to the evil commentators
But then I scored it again the next day without the audio
1. if you're that easily influenced , how can anyone take your opinion seriously , seeing as it's not actually YOUR opinion, more the commentators ?
2. not a major deal changing your mind after a re-watch to a certain degree, but how do you go from GGG winning to Canelo "Whacking the shit" out of him? massive difference. Wow! those US Commentators must be really influential.
"whacking the shit" was in my round by round description
When you’re-watched it, how many did you have Canelo winning by?
I gave Triple G the 12th round as well
so all this baiting and dissing of GGG and you basically had it either way or within a hairs breadth . that's kind of a backhanded compliment to GGG and a sizeable chunk of kneejerk from you.
I’m not talking about the commentary , I’m talking about the continual jibes of GGG over the last couple of years at least.
The way you talk about him in general , you would think he’s a piece of shit. Yet he lost by your reckoning (well second time of watching anyway.) by the tightest of margins .
For the record , I had Canelo winning it by 2 despite the majority going the other way. But it really could’ve gone either way.
i talk about alot of people like theyre pieces of shit.

Some eye-opening stuff. With the benefit of the replay, it's not surprising to see more and more observers lean even more toward GGG. Hell, even Fat Dan, he of the unabashed Mexican bias, gave the 12th round clearly to GGG. Every single frigging survey taken after the fight shows that most knowledgeable boxing observers gave the fight to GGG. A draw would've been a bit more decent, but still wrong.
The author says GBP made a mistake by holding the rematch again in T-Mobile Arena in Vegas, 'cause perception from the 1st fight was that GGG had been robbed when Canelo was given a gift decision. I'd beg to differ. GBP did exactly what everyone and their mother knew they would do. WHEN has Canelo ever ventured out of the friendly, bought confines of Las Vegas?? He never has, and he never will. GBP has put in a lot of money, what with the bought judges and all that, to ever hold a Canelo fight anywhere else.
The author's suggestions on how fight judging needs to be changed is a big "Duh!!", but welcome just the same. We boxing fans know all the answers, but nothing ever gets done. Judging remains corrupt, inept, and one of the things that bring down boxing. But nothing gets done. Fans continue to turn away in disgust, except for the fanboy groups who benefit from these shady decisions. The cycle repeats itself over and over and over again.
I feel that borders on conspiracy theory. Canelo won the fight by one point he also won the perception of the fight and the story of the fight. Triple G was flat but didn't fight so great for the first six rounds. I did give him the 12th round. He had absolutely zero body attack. I don't think you can win a fight like that when the other guy landed 80 or 100 body shots
Canelo won with effective aggression and hard power punching.
