I knew this guy knew fuck all about boxing... jesus... firstly Tyson is 5 foot 11... atleast.
Secondly height isn't the be all and end all of a fighter's potential... theres more two it than that... but if you watched boxing instead of just reading boxrec you might know this.
Tyson was in his early 20s during his prime, Toney is nearly 40... They have different genetic make ups...
Also there are plenty of 6 foot 2 super Middle Weights, Light Heavy Weights and Cruiser Weights... are you telling me that there are no short Eastern Europians? ::**
Most of the lighter American fighters are SHORTER THAN THE AVERAGE AMERICAN you fucking idiot.
So this guy reckons he is Ronnie Coleman? ;D Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit.... told you the bastard was crazy... talks to himself... he has split personalitys, this is what he really looks like:

It couldn't be because they are kings of a S*** division could it? Where are all your Welter Weights? Middle Weights? Light Heavys?
Now the division is all Russian it is worse than ever, none of the Russian Belt holders (not champions...) will fight each other...
james toney was a middleweight champion, super middleweight champion, light heayweight champion, cruiser weight champion but never made it a heavyweight champion, he need steroid against a guy like john ruiz, to beat him.
john ruiz is the same guy beaten buy david dua in less than 10 seconds
james toney could not beat the americans champion and lost to a african who does not even hold a title. SO if heayweight division poor how poor are the rest
THE RUSSIANS DON'T GO SMALL FIST THEY GO FOR THE BIG FISH.
REMEMBER LIONS COMPETE AGAINT LION NOT AGAINST RATS.
THE SMALL PUSSY WEIGHT DIVISION IS FOR SMALL AMERICANS
THE AVERAGE AMERICAN MAN IS 5FT9
THE AVERAGE GERMAN IS 6FT 2
THAT'S Y
Let me make this easy for you. The whole Heavyweight division sucks. That includes Americans, RUSSIANS, Africans and any other race included. Your sc-called Champions have all lost to Americans before. Wlad to Lamont Brewester and some journeyman who's name escapes me right now. Oleg been laid out by Whitaker and Johnson. The big pile of crap called the WBA champion has lost to Larry Donald (yeah, he lost) and didn't even deserve the win against John Ruiz. And as for the "White Wolf" he got knocked out by Maurice Harris. So you see chump, sucky Americans beat sucky Russians. Just like sucky Russians beat sucky Americans.
hang on a minute nicholay valuev is 44-0 he never lost a fight Go learn ur numbers
Wladimir never lost to lamon since he was killin lamon for 4 and a half rounds, suddenly wladimir stop fighting back for the last minute and lost the fight. dr wladimir discovered he was poisoned, ur not a doctor so don't bother arguing.
oleg maskaev never got close to a world title shot in the days he was losing because he was very crap. He has matured very late and has improved alot and would wipe out any american fighter at this previous time, at age 37 joe louis reired, ali retired, lennox retired, and maskaev has just begin his career and still would wipe any young american out.
Sergi has only lost by 1 american, when sergi had lack of experience, but sergi pwer and skills have improve and in return he knock out more than 10 usa fighter and beat more than 20 usa fightters
Ali was ALWAYS except for Forman and a few others the taller heavier guy. He was simpy BIGGER than most. Oleg and Wlad, Sanders etc are much bigger.

Chalk one up for the good guys!
Wlad is still good but he's not a great yet
Re: Is WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO the next MUHAMMAD ALI
What the press think is important; and it seems as if the GOOD GUY image may help Klit to become a prominent figure. Ali was Ali and the time was the time. These are not the same days. I rational practical caring about the world like the Klits. together with being KO punchers may jut work. I have gotten people who dont like boxing to like it through Vitaly and to some degree Wlad. (Its a shame its not Vitaly who is still active he was so awesome in his last fights; like a new level of killer shark. This is from a mainstream paper:
Klitschko wants to have impact outside of the ring, too
By Tim Smith
New York Daily News
(MCT)
NEW YORK - Wladimir Klitschko did not wear the crown of heavyweight champion very comfortably or securely the first time around. Maybe it was because he was young and untested when he won it.
After losing the title, Klitschko hit bottom and had to claw his way back to the top, answering questions about his stamina, his chin and his heart. After Klitschko battered Chris Byrd with a seventh-round TKO for the IBF title April 22, the only questions surrounding him now are about the prospects of being the undisputed champion and the kind of champion he will become.
Klitschko began to answer some of those questions in announcing his fight against Calvin Brock at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 11.
Before the press conference, Klitschko showed a video of a trip he and his brother, Vitali, took to a village in Namibia for a project they're working on under UNESCO - a United Nations children's educational organization - three weeks ago. As the video ran without sound, and images of the San children of Northern Namibia dancing with Klitschko flickered above his head, he talked about his involvement with the project and his hopes of raising enough money to build adequate schools and buy supplies. Klitschko is pledging to use a portion of the ticket sales to help with the project to build schools and help with educational programs for the children in the village. He guaranteed $250,000 would go to the project. "The only key to give them a future is through education," Klitschko said.
By pushing the cause of the San children, Klitschko was demonstrating that his reign as heavyweight world champion could be about more than victories in the ring. He wants it to be about shaping a better world, one village at a time.
To that end, he was happy that his first title defense would be in New York.
"I get the feeling that New York is the world's city," Klitschko said. "Look at how many people are living together here. Everybody gets along with each other. New York is a good example to the rest of the world on how to get together."
With the power of the heavyweight championship behind him, Klitschko could use each fight promotion as his bully pulpit for world change. For those who came to talk about boxing on Tuesday, they got a dose of his sermon on reaching out to the less fortunate, world peace and effective change.
"Speaking the words of Nelson Mandela, "Sports has the power to change the world," Klitschko said.
This is no empty, Hollywood-style, publicity cause for Klitschko. He and his brother have been associated with UNESCO since 2002. They have been involved with projects in Brazil, Romania, and Ukraine - their home country.
Wladimir and Vitali traveled to Namibia to see firsthand the conditions of the village and what the children needed. With that, Wladimir swung into action. He takes to heart the adage that to whom much is given, much is expected.
"He transcended boxing today," said Ron Scott Stevens, NYSAC chairman. "He was a great spokesman for world peace. He used New York as an example of how the world could achieve peace."
Re: Is WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO the next MUHAMMAD ALI
I cant believe that there's actually a conversation comparing Wlad to Ali at this point in Wlad's life and career. He has a long way to go before he can even be mentioned in the same breath.
Re: Is WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO the next MUHAMMAD ALI
the next ali, hes not even close

Well Brock is the big hope if he handles him then there are not many challenges left.
Pay Corrie Sanders $2 million and he will come back and repeat what he did. (Before Corrie faded even Vitaly got to taste the leather; with a weaker chin and less preparation he could have lost.)
OK Toney; no one seriously think he stands a chance. Maskaev; no too slow. Valuev; too slow. Lyakovich; should be next.
If he beats Brock and Lyakovich then he is supreme. If Briggs wins his fight; Briggs-Klit; actually its more fait that Brock get it, and no we will see if Briggs belongs in the class.
ok; sure Ali is Ali; but it was the times too; the politics; the fighters.
There needs to be a NEMESIS- someone who is the opposite of Klit; shorter, not arean, african american, not PhD etc; its like a script; any Champ needs a worthy contender. Tyson would have been perfect; the street guy vs. the phd.
Ikeabuchi when he gets could be it. I would love to see the great Mccall get his last shot; he could do it.
Re: Is WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO the next MUHAMMAD ALI
i don't think ali was the greatest ever, but i did admire his resiliency. He could take a beating and still have the stamina in the 15th round to ko a guy. You have to respect that in a fighter.
Re: Is WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO the next MUHAMMAD ALI
I guess Purrity is the next Frazier, Sanders is the next Norton, Brewster is the next Spinks and if Brock wins he's the next Larry Holmes.
Re: Is WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO the next MUHAMMAD ALI
if klitschsko is the next ali then bruce seldon is the next jack dempsey
