Wow fucking Barrera fan boys. Khan didn't win the fight? He doesn't deserve any credit? He was all over Barrera.. he was all over him before the cut and to be honest the cut didn't contribute that much as he still had one good eye.. plenty of fighters have won fights with one good eye.

Barrera is past it sure, but that's not an excuse.. but this is exactly what I expected. The barrera fan boys GUARANTEED he would win and when he doesn't Khan gets shit all credit.. I said from the start, it was a lose-lose situation for Khan with the barrera fan boys.

It was bullshit. The cut was caused by a headbutt and thats what Khan takes as the win. He didn't beat anybody tonight. I will give Khan absolutely NO credit for that.

As for Amir looks like Freddie has gave him a new look.

Jumping in and out, showing different angles and keeping his defense high and tight. Good to see that he's learned some things from Freddie.

And for the record, it should have been stopped in the first couple rounds and ruled a nc imo. The cut was obviously a factor, Marco would have probably been defeated either way, but it was a bad cut.

Yeah and look at all the flack Guerrero got, even threads created about how he was heartless. Hasim Rahman got the same when he bailed on his fight with James Toney.

You can't just change the rules because it's a fighter you like against one you don't think is worthy to hold the spitoon between rounds whilst he's sparring.

Khan would have beat him headbutt or not, anyone should be able to see that.

Khan boxed brilliantly, it was a superb, controlled, punch perfect performance.

Sad that it ended like that but come on guys let's give Amir credit.

And if the fight had continued Barrera would have started getting off with more of them. The cut took Barrera completely out of his plan and that was no way to end it.

cut or no cut, khan would win it. Btw Barrera wanted the fight to be stopped in round 4,just look at his body language, so yes he wanted to quit cause he was getting his ass beat up. The cut caught him out of his gameplan but I give Khan alot of credit. Look how fast and strong he was. Future champ no question

It should have been a NC for sure. Khan showed some skills for a 4 rounds, heck even Zab Judah does that though. Im pissed off with that. Khan?? :rolleyes::rolleyes:

It should have been stopped earlier than it was. Khan's win is a mere technicality.

At the same time though, Kahn was fighting a great fight. There was a huge difference in speed. I think MAB was being honest when he said he wasnt hurt because he rarely got hit flush on the chin, he deflected a lot.....I think Kahn can keep his hands up like that and he will stay out of harms way but if hes put in with a wild, rangy puncher type, hell have trouble every time. hes got good skills though, like I said he reminds me of a young Oscar..with a shakier chin obviously. Still, credit to him tonight after all the headbutt was unintentional.

Khan fought someone who he has speed, "slickness", height and huge age advantage over, who was fightin with one eye and wasn't goin forward at him and all Khan could do is hit his gloves...
