I have this picture of Trump in his PJ's launching furniture onto the Whitehouse lawn and starting a massive bonfire. I hope that happens. I have no dog in this fight. I just think it would make for great TV.

Well that is your opinion, and I respect it, and yes he and probably all of us act like babies at times. But my point is that the courts are where cases are adjudicated and litigated, and frivolous cases are thrown out. So the courts will decide if the evidence presented constitutes proof. So we will have to wait. As it is every citizen's constitutional right to pursue redress in a court of law.
[i]And here's Michigan's longtime top election official trying to explain that that the allegations amount to people not knowing what they're talking about, and that these issues were "discussed and resolved with the leadership" of the local GOP.

Indeed.
“Trump’s behavior is without precedent among leaders in Western democracies,” said Serhii Plokhy, a Harvard historian. “Even in military dictatorships, the dictators more often than not honor the results of elections and they retire if they lose them”

He cited among a long list of examples, a false claim that “dead voters” had cast ballots in the city, a conspiracy theory that was shared last week by both Giuliani and Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), among others.
Schmit said that elections officials had taken the time to look at the ballot history of each deceased voter.
“Not a single one of them voted in Philadelphia after they died,” Schmidt said.

The Republican commissioner’s defense of the election’s integrity in his city, come as Trump and his GOP allies continue to baselessly cast doubt over the election results in the state broadly, but in the city of Philadelphia in particular.
“I have seen the most fantastical things on social media, making completely ridiculous allegations that have no basis in fact at all and see them spread,” the Republican elections official said. While acknowledging that many people were unhappy with the results he said he unable to comprehend “how hungry people are to consume lies and to consume information that is not true. ”

Out of the various cases filed around the country Trump is currently 0 for 12. Judges have already thrown twelve cases out after the initial hearings due to them being bullshit. More rulings expected today. You can follow along here:

This explains the problem Trump is having in these cases.

I like this girl. Stuff like this is the best of America.
That’s why it’s very significant that the most famous Republican election lawyer in the country, Ben Ginsberg, has penned a Washington Post op-ed trashing the Trump/GOP strategy of fighting inconvenient votes and voters via made-up allegations of fraud. He begins with quite the dig:Legions of Republican lawyers have searched in vain over four decades for fraudulent double voting. At long last, they have a blatant example of a major politician urging his supporters to illegally vote twice. After recounting Trump’s infamous advice to voters to deal with mail-ballot problems by voting in person as well, Ginsberg cuts to the chase:
The only hitch is that the candidate is President Trump. The president’s words make his and the Republican Party’s rhetoric look less like sincere concern — and more like transactional hypocrisy designed to provide an electoral advantage. And they come as Republicans trying to make their cases in courts must deal with the basic truth that four decades of dedicated investigation have produced only isolated incidents of election fraud. And in his most powerful admission, Ginsberg suggests he was as vigilant about what Republicans like to call “ballot security” as any of them:
These are painful conclusions for me to reach. Before retiring from law practice last month, I spent 38 years in the GOP’s legal trenches. I was part of the 1990s redistricting that ended 40 years of Democratic control and brought 30 years of GOP successes in Congress and state legislatures. I played a central role in the 2000 Florida recount and several dozen Senate, House and state contests. I served as counsel to all three Republican national party committees and represented four of the past six Republican presidential nominees (including, through my law firm, Trump 2020).Each Election Day since 1984, I’ve been in precincts looking for voting violations, or in Washington helping run the nationwide GOP Election Day operations, overseeing the thousands of Republican lawyers and operatives each election on alert for voting fraud. In every election, Republicans have been in polling places and vote tabulation centers. Republican lawyers in every state have been able to examine mail-in/absentee ballot programs. But he acknowledges that “after decades of looking for illegal voting, there’s no proof of widespread fraud.”

They should stop saying no proof of widespread fraud. That makes it sound like there's some low level of fraud going on when it reality in every national election it's just a handful of isolated examples split between voters from both parties.
Also, too, almost all of these cases aren't even alleging fraud. They're arguing over election rules and procedures. Maybe read a newspaper to see what a load of old shite they're actually presenting to judges in these cases.
Oh ouch https://i.imgur.com/CYCkNXU.jpg
Frigging Trump KNOWS HE LOST.
He's just trying to save face by dragging on the process and contesting the results, as if he really believed he won. A sad spectacle... but one he's banking on saving his damaged ego.
It's like plotting on how best to make a retreat after you've been asked to leave a party at someone else's house.
This is a pretty sad display filled with blind certainties and treating accusations as absolute fact. Same McInerney who said the same in 2016 and 2019 and fired by FOX for attacking a brother in arms while he lay on his death bed? Call me suspect but once you go running to Steve Bannon with 'huge breaking news' pretty much tells you what you're dealing with. Trump is actively working to manufacture his "evidence"..he's firing heads of Cyber security and National Intelligence literally today who have already debunked this grand scheme BS.
Nothing to see hear. No need to make sure the things that sound funny might not be off. No reason to check things out, just accept it, move along folks
the lefter's are acting like witnesses and sworn affidavits are not evidence to presented to the court systems ! It is not "wild accusatons" it is what is legally call "evidence". They also are in the above posts of those detracting from Trump, when they said and wrote "sad display" what else do you think they will present their evidence as ? Biden said YES he agrees to NOT declare him a winner AT THE DEBATE STAGE. That to the posting above is what real "sad display" is, he lied!
Trump is still the topic here. He's got until December 14th to get his crapola bogus legal shit case made... and after that he's got to get ready to vacate the premises.
Unless of course he's plotting to stage a coup and stay in power forcibly. He's already got his Minions all lined up to support that option.
Please....... let's avoid this humiliation, Donny.

No problem... but every legal expert not on Trump's payroll has already weighed in on Biden being the winner of the election.
Every day that passes is hugely detrimental to the United States.
Trump was supposed to "put his country first." I think we all know what he really puts first.
Ahh yes anyone who disagrees must be "A Lefter". There we are. So tell me has there been sworn affidavits and 'evidence' concerning hammer & whatever admitted in court? Sure be interested to see how that's moving along because literally since election day said Courts are swatting the campaigns "cases" out of the door like an over caffeinated Andre Agassi returns serves. I'm sure with such monumental proof this would already be out there..somewhere..in a Court of law or is Newsmax the extent of the endeavor so far.
What's sad is that on Veterans day we have a once respected decorated Lt. General of the Air Force recklessly leveling Felony crimes based on lose chatter and desperation and patchwork events from 2008. Letting himself be propped up in this clusterfk of undermining the democratic process. Then he goes on to say this is the first time we've seen Cyber attacks on that scale which is false on it's two faces...again, Court of law ???. McInerney then is asked for proof. "I dunno this will have to be proven and go to Court". Asked who did it.."Well I heard talk (sound familiar) of China and Russia playing around with it but it benefited Dems so they had to be involved" :cwm13:. Sure, try that one and Court it'll float like a boulder.
This proof they are sighting is a literal screen shot from a third party site..not the State..and it's data entry process, the error was corrected in 30 minutes. At every turn Trump puts this hogwash out IN ALL CAPS his own officials at DHS have come out to call BS on it. Christopher Krebs..appointed by Trump..at Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security agency..the Agency formed by Trump..has found zero validity to any of it and has been debunking it literally every day now. Tell me why would a man so certain and able to prove such wide scale fraud such as this charge be content to tweet tantrum the accusation while repeatedly being publicly called out on it as misinformation and nonsense by his own Government Departments and do or address absolutely nothing to prove it's certainty? Well they forced out assistant Director Bryan Ware who walked. Cause there's nothing there and POTUS knows it. But the tweets sure make for great political chum and fodder eh.
He doesn't have the numbers for a coup and the backbone of the Military are sworn to uphold the Constitution not the individual.
Sure be interesting to see how many of the long gun totting Patriots and 2A rights fair there and come to terms the exact interpretation of "all enemies be they foreign or domestic ":scratchchin:
How can Maklerny give you "proof"? Only a judge can decide what's proof. Letter/Dem/let's not get lost in semantics, all I was saying was you are looking for his proof, but proof is only declared by a judge.
You or Me is prematurely. Let's wait and see.
You worried about domestic enemies, that would be Biden and Harris.

No chance the results are not over turned now, even chavez(not jr :S) had his hands in this. Despite having a zero percent success rate in the fraud cases(so far!).. The big one is coming even if the states certify the results.
I do have to admit I think trump is slipping a bit surely a man as smart as him should have suspected something about these voting machines earlier... Well it'll be fine in the end I guess.. Trust the plan:S
I'm not sure who is scamming who anymore.
