I loved the sexy evil princess, they should do a re-make of it.
I watched Sky Fall which was a good Bond film.

'Audition' and I'll never look at an Asian girl the same ever again
District 13 (French film) watched it a few years ago, still a great action film
The Croons 3D - Fucken funny... Laughed the whole way thru. A really nice message in the movie as well about family. I def. recommend watching this in theatres.
The Call - 95% of the movie was really good. I mean just suspense and thrill and then the ending comes and just ruins the whole experience/emotions you just went thru. I'd wait for it to hit DVD or online.
Re watched Heat and it does have some interesting plot lines which I did not remember. Pacino is an over actor, De Niro is the coolest guy in the world and I wished he went with his woman and lived happily ever after.
The Great Outdoors, the late John Candy pity the guy was very funny.:)
The last movie that I watched was Mama. It was alright I guess.
Just watched The Flowers Of War, based on events around the 1937 Nanking massacre. Not exactly happy viewing, but a story of great bravery in adversity, and including some truly stunning Chinese actresses.
Watched a few while I was traveling/working away from home.
Gangster Squad - good cast but in truth it's pretty predictable and a bit of a let down. Killed a couple of hours on a train fairly well though. M'eh
Close encounters of the third kind - loved it. If you've not seen it then it is well worth a watch.
Area 51 - typical sci-fi film. Again, killed some time on the train on the way home.
District 9 - fantastic film. Loved it from start to end.
Kick ass - not normally my kinda film but I was pleasantly surprised and thought it was a great flick.
Is Tyson in scary movie 5?
The Hobbit hell them dwarfs can eat, it must be like having Brock round for tea.;D
Used this as the test for watching a 3d movie at home, and while you look like a knob wearing those ridiculous glasses around the house, it actually works almost as well as the cinema. Not sure how its going to be stretched out into a trilogy, but I'm sure Peter Jackson's got it covered.
I watched on Netflix streaming:
Garbage Pail Kids - Absolutely horrible
Nova: Extreme Cave Diving - Pretty amazing footage there
and a documentary about the whaling ship Essex and the culture of whaling in the 18th & 19th century United States. The Essex was sunk by a Sperm Whale and inspired Melville to write 'Moby Dick', but the consequences of the ship being sunk lead to ghastly events such as cannibalism.
