Re: Klitschko-Fury Set for October 24 in Dusseldorf, Germany
Wonder how much money this going to pull in because it is going to be huge heavweight fight. I hope that the fight it self is good because with big build up can be a big let down. Anyhow it has been a while since we have been able to really get into a hw fight.

Exactly.
Tyson Fury is what the heavyweight division and boxing has needed for years. Hes like a shot of adrenaline.

Categorize me in the following group:
1. If Wlad beats Fury, but it's a good fight and Fury gives Wlad all he can handle....... I'll give you the obligatory ribbing, but I'll recognize and praise both fighters.
2. If Wlad beats Fury the same way he beat David Haye (Haye not doing a damn thing after all that talk... and Wlad being too scared to make him pay)....... THEN I'll rain down the aforementioned sh*t, because it will have confirmed my fears all along. Just another loudmouth letting Wlad off the hook.
3. If Fury goes all out, but Wlad mauls and fouls his way to an ugly win........ I'll lambast Wlad like I always have, and light candles in hopes that Deontay will step up and put an end to this ugly reign.
4. If Fury KTFO's Wlad......... I'll have some celebratory beers (meh... I'll probably drink them anyway) and praise Fury for being the real thing after all.
I think that pretty much covers all the scenarios.
Yes it does, you fence sitting master. I thought I could sit on a fence better than anyone but you are the king. Don't really care who wins but Wlad is my pick.
I will be happy if it turns into a real fight, I don't want to see an enlarged version of Floyd vs Manny. I want to see some sustained action! I demand it! I might even join Twitter so I can tweet my demands to Wlad and Tyson--tweet sounds a little effeminate to me, "What are you going to do on your day off, Sargent Jones?", "I'm going to tweet the day away, Sir." just doesn't sound right.

You will see a heavyweight version of Hatton v Tszyu where like Hatton, Fury will wear out Wlad and all the experts who predicted that big right hand would starch the vulnerable Hatton will sit there bewildered and solomnly think to themselves, what the fuck they really know if anything about boxing and how hey are going to have to put up with my gloating;D

LOL... fence sitting? ;D
If anything, I've gone overboard spelling out the scenarios.
For the record (again), I want Fury to win but think Wlad will win.
If Fury brings it.... he gets kudos from me win or lose. Why? Because I'm tired of the Hayes, Sultans, and the Ray Austins of the world.... talking a lot of shit and then disappearing in a pile of cowering goo. If he doesn't.... I'll posting shit about him till he dies.
Re: Klitschko-Fury Set for October 24 in Dusseldorf, Germany
This could end up being for Wlad a fight that people actually remember him being in.
In the same way that people remember Lennox Lewis for his fight with Vitali.
Re: Klitschko-Fury Set for October 24 in Dusseldorf, Germany
I'd say that Fury has to show other qualities that we havent seen in order to overcome Wlad since he's not fought at that level. Wlads experience may tell otherwise as fight progresses.

I don't think Lennox is remembered just for "His fight with Vitali"
Not the first fight i'd think of if discussing Lewis Career, Holyfield, Tyson, Rahman etc

You have it backwards...
People remember Vitali for his fight with Lewis.

Its a fair cop. Lewis does have a number of signature fights. Struggle to think of memorable ones for Wlad.
Lewis did sign off his career with that exciting win.

What a career. Awesome.
Re: Klitschko-Fury Set for October 24 in Dusseldorf, Germany
Oh dear oh dear , did anyone here know that Fury is a Nistorian of Evyweights ?
I do find it funny he says Wlad has fought only bums , well that fact is they are way better than the corpses you have fought.:vd:
