Yeah he is ripped/built.
Don't really recall if he was topless in any period piece except 14 Blades (costarred Vicky Zhao Wei - may be best know as the goalie in Stephen Chow's Shaolin Soccer)
In it, he was taking a bath or something, and he was ripped, had tats of dragons all over his body (for his character)

I think I will stick with my running and cycling, correct breathing helps control the heartbeat.

Fuck RIP Shaw, true legend in the movie business. Responsible for so many great martial art movies. Five Deadly Venoms is one of my all time fav kung fu movies.
