"Donald Trump's fans sent him $1.5 million in 3 days after he falsely claimed that he'd get arrested on Tuesday"
Damn bro. It's just plain sad to see someone your age fall for every P.O.S. line uttered by Trump. It's embarrassing it's what it is.
I honestly don't think you care how it all comes off. You just gleefully go on your merry way... listening to the Pied Piper and that brain-dead moron Tucker Carlson over on FOX, spewing his hate-laced B.S. day in and day out.
:vd:
Well look at this:
Prosecutors in the special counsel's office have presented compelling preliminary evidence that former President Donald Trump knowingly and deliberately misled his own attorneys about his retention of classified materials after leaving office, a top federal judge wrote Friday in a sealed filing, according to sources who described its contents to ABC News.
U.S. Judge Beryl Howell, who on Friday stepped down as the D.C. district court's chief judge, wrote last week that prosecutors in special counsel Jack Smith's office had made a "prima facie showing that the former president had committed criminal violations," according to the sources, and that attorney-client privileges invoked by two of his lawyers could therefore be pierced.
[...]
In her sealed filing, Howell ordered that Evan Corcoran, an attorney for Trump, should comply with a grand jury subpoena for testimony on six separate lines of inquiry over which he had previously asserted attorney-client privilege.
Sources added that Howell also ordered Corcoran to hand over a number of records tied to what Howell described as Trump's alleged "criminal scheme," echoing prosecutors. Those records include handwritten notes, invoices, and transcriptions of personal audio recordings.
https://abcnews.go.com/US/sources-sp...ry?id=98024191
Looks like Trump's lawyer actually made tapes of Trump telling him he'd handed all the classified stuff over. Trump then told his lawyers to send the feds a signed document saying that everything had been handed over. This is bang to rights obstruction of justice.
So RICO in Georgia, campaign finance and porn stars in New York, obstruction of justice in Florida and January 6th/coup plotting in Washington DC.
Our Boris Johnson is like a pound land Trump in comparison to Donald.

“Talented and well-practiced in every vice, a stranger to compassion or empathy, a liar and a cheat so complete in perfidy that he has elevated his dishonesty to hold it up as an ersatz moral principle, violent, so long as he can order someone else to do the dirty work, grotesque in body, graceless in action, in possession of a wounded self-regard so colossal as to smother any spark of grace, treasonous, not only to country, but to every ally he has ever had, the poisoned fruit and rankest flower of racism and contempt for women, and utterly devoid of shame for his moral and spiritual bankruptcy.
That is your leader. That is to whom you give your money. That is who you follow and laud. That is whose banner you willingly carry. Why? Because he is a mirror, not a lighthouse. You see yourselves in him. He is what you would be, if you had inherited money and could shed the last vestiges of conscience and shame.
No, I do not “respect your choices,” nor do I admire your loyalty and dedication to this miserific, demoniac vision. You have demonstrated not only a lack of civic virtue, loyalty to the Republic and to the rule of law, but a willingness to engage in violence and sedition at his slightest expressed wish. And you will never, ever admit you were wrong.
Because you see your dark, twisted, resentful dreams in him. And to renounce him is to renounce yourselves.”

Trump is holding a rally/cult gathering in Waco? This is surely an under cover cover comedy show now
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/awa...waco-rcna75684
Trump is totally unhinged... and is now openly appealing to the most extreme, radical, off-the-rails, right-wingers in the States today.
Would not be totally surprised if he followed it up with a 2nd rally in Oklahoma City on April 19th.
Trump should not be mentioning death and destruction. Now all the other side has to do is a false flag and then blame him for his incendiary words. Bad idea.
Look at this:

The only person who can beat Trump in the primaries is Trump but every time he amps up the crazy he seems to gain strength from it. Maybe there's no line he can't cross.
Next week: Trump posts a video on his failing social media site of him shitting on an American flag and his poll numbers go up.
Not looking good for DeShortus. Donors backing away already and this was before the Ukraine flip flop and the Trump indictment thing backfiring. He hasn't even been exposed to any kind of non-Fox/Murdoch media yet and he's going to have Trump attacking him all the time now. Then he's got to get on stage in the first debate and Trump will eat his liver on live tv:

The question begs asking: Where are all the investigations into Trump sitting right now?
Efforts to overturn election results... mishandling of classified documents... inciting the rioting at the Capitol... etc.
Don't get me wrong. I want Trump put away as much as the next guy. But now I see the media focus being put mostly on Stormy Daniels. Let's make sure we're not watering down the hot sauce here. I'd rather see one good investigation that sticks and removes this asshole from the political arena FOR GOOD... than a dozen investigations that end up nowhere.
There's plenty of material out there already. Trump's actions on the election results alone should be grounds for criminal prosecution. This is a guy that refused to accept the loss... became the 1st President to ever refuse to go through the very important transition process... coerced election officials into either fabricating electors, or throwing out perfectly legal votes... and incited a mob to storm the Capitol while sitting on his thumbs and saying "Who... me?"
Why this guy isn't yesterday's news already is a shameful indictment on the justice system in America. As much flak as Trump likes to give other nations... he has singlehandedly lowered the U.S. to "banana republic" status.
He should've been in prison a long time ago... yet is still free to hold rallies in Waco, Texas... and is still bilking his moronic legion of Minions for all they're worth.
What a fukking circus.
It does seem a scatter gun approach to nailing Trump but due process takes different speed and time. As long as I see Trump not being allowed to run again and ideally imprisoned then I will wait many years for that outcome.
As I was saying about taking a shit on the American flag......

It's a fucking cult. A straight up cult. Thirty to forty percent of GOP primary voters are cult members and that's enough to win him the nomination no matter what he does between now and when he gets it.
The problem with the investigations is that there are so many levels of courts in America. A judge rules for the DOJ against Trump and he can appeal. Lose that and he can appeal to a higher court, lose than and he can appeal to the Supreme Court. He can gum up the works for years before any indictment, then gum up the trial and have the date put back and back. Even if he's found guilty he can appeal all the fucking way up the system again. He could be dead by the time they can actually lock him up.
Here's just one small part of one investigation, the coup attempt:
https://talkingpointsmemo.com/news/d...crypted-emails
The DOJ need these emails. This fucker shouldn't even have them, they're government property and he basically holds them illegally but he's still appealing the judge's ruling and when he loses he can appeal to the Supreme Court. Currently Rudy, this fucker, Powell and a bunch of other conspirators are all facing judgements or have lost and are appealing. If I read anything giving a comprehensive list of where things stand at the minute I'll post it. In the meantime this is a rough idea:
https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politic...ons-into-trump
I heard the Georgia case should be seeing indictments in May but then something will happen and it'll push the date back a month or three. I would guess summertime but I wouldn't hold my breath. Maybe it'll be May.
Jon Stewart sums it up:

Trump and the tiger king campaigning from rival prison yards could be hilarious stuff. Tiger king is running again! He's not any crazier that Trump and probably a bit less senile.
......fists fulla Nuttinboygaz.....
I must say... your counterarguments are getting more and more formidable.
Donald Trump has survived impeachments, investigations and congressional inquiries. Now, as criminal probes advance on several fronts, the former president is employing his familiar scattershot tactics to meet the start of a potentially more precarious legal chapter.
Mr. Trump, who is mounting his third consecutive presidential campaign, could face an indictment as early as this week in the Manhattan district attorney’s investigation into his role in paying hush money to a porn star. On Friday, Trump lawyer Evan Corcoran spent more than three hours before a federal grand jury in Washington in special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into the handling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago.
Some of Mr. Trump’s closest advisers have been summoned to testify in a separate probe by Mr. Smith of efforts to overturn the 2020 election. And a district attorney in Georgia investigating efforts by Mr. Trump and his allies to overturn the state’s presidential results in January said charging decisions were imminent.
To counter those probes, Mr. Trump is relying on a scattered team of lawyers and advisers with little sign of a coordinated strategy beyond attacking investigators, seeking to delay proceedings and casting himself as the victim of a witch hunt, according to current and former aides and legal advisers. His legal team, much as it was for the duration of his presidency, has been plagued by infighting and has suffered frequent turnover due to clashes over personality and legal strategy.
Mr. Trump’s lawyers have questioned each other’s tactics and competence behind the scenes and have urged contradictory approaches. One skirmish came last year in the classified-documents case, with lawyers arguing over whether to be conciliatory with the government in hopes of resolving the issue or to take an adversarial posture. The latter prevailed, and the case continues to hang over Mr. Trump.
The lawyers representing him in different probes around the country have been in little contact, people familiar with the matter say. Mr. Trump has long encouraged infighting among his attorneys by playing them against each other, at times calling advisers to ask what they think of his legal team’s performance and calling other lawyers to ask them to join or replace members of his team.
What Mr. Trump is missing, said former Trump White House lawyer Ty Cobb, is an attorney who would serve as a leader for the lawyers working on disparate investigations. “He plays his own captain, and legally that is suicidal,” Mr. Cobb said. “His strategy, to the extent there is one, appears totally reactive.”
Mr. Trump has often proved a difficult client over the years, which Mr. Cobb, who left the Trump White House on good terms, said would be an obstacle to finding a lawyer to take on such a leadership role. “Nobody considering assisting the former president at this stage of the game can be unmindful of the extraordinary speed with which Trump turns lawyers into witnesses,” he added.
Mr. Trump has denied any wrongdoing in each investigation he faces.

Former
President Donald Trump once promised that, under him, his supporters would “get tired of winning.” He must not have been talking about in the courtroom. On Friday it was reported that Trump has suffered yet another devastating judicial defeat in his campaign to thwart the various criminal investigations targeting him. D.C. District Judge Beryl Howell rejected his claim of executive privilege to stop his former chief of staff Mark Meadows and other top aides from testifying in special counsel Jack Smith’s Jan. 6 probe.
Indeed, it may be the costliest moment yet in Trump’s long losing streak against Smith, greatly increasing the odds of federal charges against the former president.
Meadows’ testimony matters enormously......

fookin TDS off the charts. Fantasy land
It's amazing to think that supporting termination of the swaths of the Constitution is no longer a clear definitive disqualifier. No juries, no lawsuits, no trials needed. It really is that simple. The man is clearly unhinged. If ya want a King to kneel to, ya have the wrong place and people.
Al Capone was an infamous American gangster back in the 1920's. Despite being personally responsible for countless murders and other violent crimes, he was finally "only" convicted of income tax evasion and sentenced to 11 years in prison back in 1931. Based on good behavior and failing health, he served only eight of those years, being released from prison in 1939.
Income tax evasion vs. countless murders and gangland style massacres. I guess one should be grateful he was convicted and imprisoned at all... but it seems he escaped much more serious charges that would've resulted in life imprisonment or even capital punishment.
Fast forward to 2023.
Small clarification here. I'm not belittling the accusations regarding Trump's affair with Stormy Daniels and the hush money supposedly paid to her.
But let's get real here.
Affair with a porn star vs. meddling with a Presidential election.
Affair with a porn star vs. inciting a riot at the U.S. Capitol.
Affair with a porn star vs. gross mishandling of classified documents.
Maybe it's just me, but...
Shouldn't it be "all hands on deck" on the Jan 6th and the "stolen elections" fabrications even more so than the Stormy Daniels affair?
yes it should be all hands on deck if this country wasnt one big psy-op charade acting like it really cares about this or that or the other .. So I guess everybody is all in on it?? Why wouldnt his enemies go after the really BIG charges then? Looks like George Carlin was right. IT'S ONE BIG FUCKING CLUB, AND YOU (we) AIN'T IN IT.
I'm not exactly sure what your point is... and I'm honestly not trying to sound mean about it.
I can't speak for anyone but myself... and what I've seen/heard Trump do/say with my own two eyes/ears is good enough for me. I'm not here defending Biden to trash Trump. I'm not here basing my opinions on what CNN talking heads have to say. I'm going on my own personal opinions on what a President should act like. You (we) are old enough to know what arguments strictly on policy sounded like. No name-calling... no media soundbites... very little personal attacks... just honest-to-goodness differences on policy and issues.
If a Democratic President, be it Biden or anyone else, had maliciously tried to overturn legitimate election results, twisting the arm of election officials and other shameful efforts. If any President sat on his thumbs while the Capitol of the United States of Frigging America was being overrun by thugs. (Only to have the poor excuse of media members trying to pass it off as a peaceful demonstration). If any President did HALF of what Trump has done, while thumbing his nose at the decent people of the country... I'd be just as vocal in my condemnation of the man.
I can't let my dislike for a political party or a candidate from that party CLOUD MY JUDGMENT on detrimental actions by the elected official who happens to be from the Party I support. It just doesn't work that way.
Trump and psyops? 😁

Trumps lawyer says he been indicted by stormzy Daniels.. hopefully hopefully their encounter will have to be described in weird hilarious detail.
If they really have just indicted him for falsification of business records it's counterproductive. They shouldn't have done it. He'll doubtless be found guilty but then there's no way the Supreme Court will let it stand. The six conservatives will do some legal gymnastics and overturn it. Not that that will happen before any election but it's a weak case on basically campaign finance violations which are no big deal and this is a former president. This gives Trump the perfect opportunity to frame any subsequent indictments on actual serious charges as witch hunts, banana republic stuff and so on. The DA doing the charging had better have a bulletproof personal and professional life or it's going to go badly for him.

This... in principle... has been my fear all along! Scattershot cases and accusations... shoddy and hasty investigations... all in disorganized desperation to bury Trump.
And for what?? So he can be the 21st Century's version of Teflon Don??
Damn...
A golden opportunity to bury this asshole... and he could easily come out even stronger... as a (shudder) martyr.
We're fukking doomed.
It does seem quite odd, apparently the charges reported are pretty minor and will most likely result in a fine an jail time is very unlikely. I do wonder if there's some other charges or there's more falsifying of records that's gone on. Well we'll most likely find out on Tuesday when they read the charges
Good news waking up this morning to find out that the Orange One will be charged for giving a porn star hush money before the 2016 election. He is using this criminal case as an opportunity to raise funds for his presidential campaign 2024.
Only in America, as Don King would say.
