Charles Karron & Jared Bennet is a couple ppl he trained. Charles Karron is the Middle weight Champion in the AFC right now. He is like I think 37 or some thing. He trains with his brother Randy Couture and his camp down in the lower 48 states. I'm not exacly sure what his colour is.
