Yep. He is certainly the 3rd best Welter out there, well 4th, but Zab is inactive so 3rd. I wasn't impressed with him b4 the fight, only seein his stoppage win over a shot Miguel Angel Gonzalez, but now seein him fight Hatton's fight and still whip his little ass, I am very impressed.
