LOL, Tszyu was coming off the second best win of his career, he was far from shot. Hatton was superb that night; same as Collazo gave it one hell of a shot this morning, and Hatton was not quite at the top his game,; and yet Hatton still managed to get the W to his name ;)
You think Collazo could have ever given Tzsyu a run? Hatton is dirty...really dirty against Tzsyu...i know your a Brit and good boxers dont come along often...but open your eyes bro
I think this was always going to happen, every fighter has a close fight in their career; but Hatton won; he has not become a bad fighter over night.
The problem and sometimes good thing about these forums, is a lot users only react to events as they happen. You need to assess Hatton on his whole career and potential, not just on his worse performance.
The secret to being a good fan IMO, is not to be fair wheathered, I should know, i always liked Dennis Andries ;)
Great point, people react too quickly to everything in sports today because in two days its old news so they have to form opinions quick. And cheers for articulating the assesing a whole career point which I struggled to get across in another thread.

I think that hatton clearly won the fight even without the knockdown i had him winning 7-5...but the fact of the matter is out of his own mouth he said he was hurt several time by a man that's not even a knockout punching WW...And I believe if hatton faces PBF the most important things will be the ring size & ref...because if hatton is allowed to cling on like he does then it will be tough for floyd maybe 8-4...but if not floyd wins 12-0...or after seeing hatton hurt last night Floyd might actually stop hatton...
