He never fought Lewis because he was scared, and had no guts. Lewis would've KO'd him, and ended his career even earlier. He only fought Holyfield because he was much smaller.

No it was because he was lazy. Don't know why if he was scared. Many felt that he had develpoed the tools he needed to beat Lewis since their olympic match-up.

because you let your love of food "outweigh" your love for boxing....You need to get back down to 235-240 and reclaim the belts....do that and the smack talking will cease....keep waddling around at 280-300 and this is as nice as it gets....

Rock didnt get Bowe the big fights...weal know what happend against Holyfield.he was amazing but well never know if he could have beat other heavys of the time like Tyson,Morrison,Lewis

He sparred with Morrison once, And Bowe quit in the middle of it. His trainer Futch tried to get him back in there, But Bowe did not want any part of Morrison. He was scared of Lewis.
riddick didnt want any part of lewis, but morrison? prime vs. prime , i think , riddick would have taken tommys head off.

Riddick Bowe don't get the respect he deserves like Larry Holmes.
But you can compare him to Hamed in that he was great but people knew he had the potential to be even greater. I have no doubt in my mind he would have shattered Marciano's record. He only has one loss anyway which could have easily went his way.
