what Gatti should be the favorite.
1. Discipline. Gatti listens to Buddy McGirt. Because of this he was able to comfortably outbox Ward in their 2nd and 3rd fights.
2. Gatti has the power to KO Baldomir. His Ko ratio is much higher than Baldomir.
3. Gatti has guts. If Gatti gets hurt, he isn't going to fold like Judah. Hurting Gatti makes him more dangerous and brings out the warrior in him.
4. Gatti can put combination power punches together. Gatti can unleash a left right left combination on Baldomir in a split second and KO him.

Id put money on Gatti not knocking Baldomir out.
