thanks mate, erm when the boxing season starts up again, i lost more weight, and i got about 2 months, oh well. Im thinking about going down to 60 now, but.... they are all so fast and i generally rely on my power, but it's worth a try ;)

You'll definitly of lost a pound or two but 2kg is a lot... ;) your weight fluxuates during the day depending on what you eat, drink, sweat and loose in the bathroom :)Quote:
