Here is a CC for the debate, nothing get's me more pumped in the morning that a good conversation. Keyword in your quote is if he fights PBF (IF). We don't know yet, and even after that he may lose which would not make for the greatest comeback, so you have to if's. And there was no hindsight in Mayorga being a shot fighter, he showed sign's of slowing down before he fought De La Hoya. As far as Mcneely, you landed a good right hook on that one.

im as big a tyson fan as any and i would love for him to be in that list....lets say he beat holyfield even just the once, then he is in there...
oscar's win was classy and yes its early days but still, mayorga is a good slugger and he can beat a boxer...as for PBF: Oscar....yes, we dont even know if its happening yet....
anyways, a good debate is what we are all here for....no harm in that...
