There a good idea if you don't want to carry around fresh meat. It's important to keep your body in a positive nitrogen balance before, during and after training. Two amino acids which seem to be important in preventing muscle degradation are glucamine and leucine. :)Quote:

No protein supplements don't bulk you - creatine supplements bulk you and can give you the shits. If you take too much protein in your diet for your body to utilise it gets pissed out. :)
Ok Thanks Well See
Ive Heard Differant
Creatine Just Helps Your Muscles To Last Longer
But Protein Is A Major Building Block Of Muscles Cuz Of The Amino Acids So Wouldnt That Mean It Would Build You Quiker???
and most the kids in my Physical Conditioning Class Take Creatine And They Weigh Like 130-145 and are benching like 200-250 And Are Scrawney Were as The Other Kids Using Protein Are Bulked Up And Can still lift alot but they are heavyer for lifting the weights
Just Curious
Any Opinions?
Or Facts
Hey JL sorry if I mislead you. No supplement will do anything on its own. The type of training you do determines what response your body will have. The hormones your body produces have the building or degrading effect on your body depending on your body's inner environment.
If for instance all you do is sets of 1rm's you won't gain mass but you will gain strength but if you do sets 8-10 at 70-80% max you will gain strength and weight because of the growth hormonal response to the exercise.
Another curious thing, you lot must have been breast fed as babies as I've never heard of kids at 130-145lbs lifting 200-250lbs. ;)
well not all of them are repping it, but for most its there max
and alot of the wrestlers are up into 270 :( But I Guess They Also Loose Alot Of Weight
