I agree with the PBF example so I gave you a CC, but I disagree with the other comment. Yeah PBF in P4P#1 but Hatton is top 10 and so is Cotto, so what you are telling me is that only #1 should be fighting the best, all of the top 10 should be fighting stiff competition and Cotto, Hatton, Margarito fall into the same pot as PBF. You telling me that Cotto Vs Margarito would not be a high profile fight, or what about Hatton Vs Margarito or Hatton Vs Cotto, why do the need Floyd to survive, that makes no sense to me. And just for the record PBF has never had a ridiculous payday like ODH. But Floyd needs to put up or shut up and I am tired of him beating around the bush.

Well am not siding with Ricky on this one, instead im siding with the fans/ especially UK based fans. To them a Hatton win is one of the best presents to receive on any occasion, much like Pac to us here in the Philippines. So if they want to label Hatton a hero, it's because they feel that he is. Hatton will fight anybody - as fighting Tszyu proved.
Thing is HBO dont want it - they thought Collazo would be cannon-fodder but he turned out to be a bloody-good fighter.
Hatton would fight at a lighter weight (151 instead of 158), would fight in UK (at UK time not 4am) and would beat him convincingly).
Hatton has called out Cotto in his last interview - saying he would the fight at MSG - and that Floyd would be a barn-stormer for 2007 when his stock has risen in the states.
Very fair comment Ricky - build your rep in the US to make more money.
At least he's not totally avoiding someone.
