Oh those ropes coming from the waste to ankles are to give muscular balance and very good core stability the arnt loose its the movement making them twang it aint easy. It makes you use your knees to bend because you cant use your back its to restricted because of the headband

Thanks Scrap CC - I bought materials a while ago to make a few things i've seen here and am trying to nut out how to make ankle/wrist straps since I can't seem to find anywhere to buy them.
I'll add this one to the list because I know I have had a tendancy to bend with my back too much and i've been trying to correct it. :)

What you can do is get a cane fishing net. Bend it to 90% take the net off sponge or tape the wire, Get a belt put it round the waste . Put the wire over the head and the cane inside the belt and cut the cane to suite there you go youve got your postulater it works
