Up until now Toney's shit-talking was cool cuz he'd been backing it up, but recently he's been slower, fatter and less effective with both his jabs and his counters. A great example would be his most recent draw to The Rock. Although Hasim had been in shape like never before and Toney had been out of shape like never before, I don't want to keep hoping Toney comes prepared to go all out for 12 rounds. If in shape, he could've possibly KO'd Rock, even though he would've been much smaller.
Bottom line Peter was more impressive in his loss to Vlad, than Toney was in his draw with Rahman. Is Toney pissed because he knows none of these guys can touch him in terms of skills and boxing ability? No one, including myself, is denying that!! But skills can only carry you so far. Preparation, conditioning, discipline and heart will bring you big wins.
Toney should shut his fat ass up, I'm pulling for Peter in this one at least I know that he's not scared of Vlad. For all the shit talking, and then to turn down a title fight?! I'm done with TOney. >:mad

I dont know dude I just saw a few more pics you can actually see his friggin chin for once and some bone structure I think this is a good thing for him love to see him focus and become a Bona Fied Heavyweight Champ..Out of all the Heavyweights he has the most talent including existing Champs
That may be true, but Toney is also fighting father time, he is no spring chicken and his next three fights are pivotal in his career. He needs to win this and then defeat the champion in his next match and try to unify after that, he has the talent but time is running short.
Agreed and if its true that he has been training the past 4 weeks than it shows he is cognizant of the fact that he needs to structure the rest of his career with urgency he far from shot so his age is a factoe but not that dramatic of one he dosent have alot of miles on him because of his defense 1st strategy

can hit, but I think the difference is Peter can hit harder and he's dirty and will be looking 4 those big shots all night, but he will hit him!!

I agree. Peter was calm cool and collected and laughing in spots ! look at Toney at the beginning he actually looks concerned ! Peter knocks him out in the 10th

I think this time Toney bit off way more then he can chew. I like Toney and I hope he wins. But if he was unable to close the deal with Rahman. Then I don't think he will do very well against Peter. We will see. Should be a interesting fight!!

;D ;D ;D Man Toney, ya either love him or hate him, I love the guy. He's mouthy, but he backs it up 99% of the time. And I think that if he is in reasonable shape, he will back it up yet again. Peter is a nice guy, with a big heart and tons of power. It would only take one on that double chin of Toney's to KO him.
