Suddenly they're all going into full froth about what they call a bad decision. Where have they been for the past 100 years? Boxing has been nothing but gangster crap and bad decisions. Compared with everything else I've seen, this was the best decision in the world! So to get the 4th belt in the 4th division you need to either count a fringe belt, or the belt he won off of Ruiz.
If you are counting fringe belts then it would be 6 belts in 6 divisions because of the IBA's Super Crusierweight title, and the WBU's light heavy title.
So
4 belts in 4 divisions counting the belt won with steroids
6 belts in 6 divisions if we count fringe titles

Toney had belts in the middleweight, supermiddleweight (both really the same thing - a marketing gimmick to make more "world champions" in some more phoney lighter weight divisions to try to sell more tickets...what they really need are more heavy weight divisions), light heavy, and cruiserweight.
