Re: If Baldomir beat mayweather...
Well vs JLC Floyd had issues....because he couldn't hurt JLC and JLC wouldn't give him room.
Baldomir is a tough mofo...I just think the style match up is MORE difficult than PBF-Margarito.
I see Carlos getting his fair share of shots in...yeah he's been beat before but that's when he was a nobody ....he's got everything to fight for right now and Floyd should be scared

JLC is more skilled than Baldo though and as for Margarito,he has more of everything than Baldo, more power, waaaay more leather thrown, more pressure, can cut off the ring etc etc. I just don't see anything Baldo can do,he doesn't have the speed, nor the power and definitely not the pressure,I can just imagine him following Floyd around like a shadow without doing anything.

Floyd is not Gatti or Zab,he's far superior and should win easily. The only thing I'd like to see is Baldo land flush a few times,Floyd has not tasted real WW power before and even though Baldo's power is pretty poor,it may surprise Floyd?
P4P KING nailed it,he has 9 losses for a reason and has not changed his style dramatically from those losses. In fact, barely anything has changed! The guy came along at the right time, beat 2 names and is living a dream, kudos to him but the dream ends with PBF.
I'm not over rating his chances.
I don't think that he can beat Floyd...but stranger things can happen & a lot of these oldies but goodies are fast proving that with a little heart & some determination & gas in the tank...they can cause today's gents some issues.
I don't belive that it will be a cake walk for Floyd...but I'd love to see him get into some issues...just to see how he get's right back out.
I think it is going to be a fairly easy fight for Floyd for the first half, the second half he may have to earn it a little more. Mostly just because Baldomir has been so relentless the last two fights, PBF could wear down from running so much. The only chance Baldomir really has is going to be when PBF takes his rests against the ropes with his defense. He has to hope he can catch Floyd with a couple of solid shots. But other than that one sided UD for Floyd.
