banger... that's why you should either throw it when you:
a) know it will hit... usually after a left hand
or more commenly...
b) when you are in a position not to be hit... ie: if you slip to the outside of his jab and throw the shot as you do it, he can't hit you because the right side of your body is open but he can only hit the left side of you... which is shouldn't be opening unless your guard is loose/shite... :P
Landing a right is all about angles... a good trick is to circle to the right and then suddenly start going left and throw out a few jabs... you'll catch him moving the wrong way and he'll be open for the jabs, after the last one step to the right and throw a right hand as you do so... he'll still be trying to adjust his angle to cope with your left hand... ;)
