i never been on one before till last saturday and boy are they trouble some.. but they make good sense when your jus getting used...
like when fighting if you miss the right hand you come with the left hook
and on the floor to deiling balls you miss the right throw a left hook and it lands pretty smart keeps you moving, helps when you move about and slip it when it comes back

i don't know if it was just the cam but u seem to lead allot with ya right hand n from that angle it seemed like u were flat footed on the ball & bag (standing straight on) I was taught to keep my shoulder pointed at my target and lead mainly with my left also it looked like when ya through a hook ya drop ya right hand n when ya throw a right ya drop ya left hand if I was wrong on any of this sorry hard the tell from the camera

not sure but im a southpaw so i lead with my right but i dont know bout the rest of the stuff yur saying :D
