Soliman got soundly trounced, and I've of him around just not competing for a title.

For any fighter out there, if you want to be the best, you have to fight the best. Bika did just that. It helped him, in my opinion.

I think when he wasn't trying to knock Calzaghe out with his head, Bika did show some strength and some good punches, and while I don't think he's got what it takes on the world stage, I'm sure he could do well in Oceania competitions, or especially national competition.
