Noone ever really hurt him becuse he was phenomenally quick and polished for a man of his size, and had excellent punch recovery. Noone could take advantage. I don't think you know what your talking about in the slightest to be honest.Quote:

Like Lord gym said, what's killing Tua nowadays just the Burgers !!! he's so fanatic about burger and french fries...and eats that a lot.
His problem is that he thinks he's fine at 245 - 250 lbls...he thinks "yeah I'm in good shape". but this is not true. he absolutely needs to get back to 225-230 lbls. for his height and stamina 230 should be the maximum.
Can't understand why he hasn't got a diet doctor with him...dam man.

to be honest mate people say he wasnt in his prime again ruddock i think he done very well in that fight he was at good weight he had good head movement speed and of course power yep i was quite impressed with that uppercut he took off tucker i was suprised he took that because that almost lifted him off his feet maybe it isnt that hes got a bad chin maybe he gets discouraged when people fire back at him ?? i dont know mate but maybe thats possibilityQuote:

tua was awesome but he wasnt as relentless as tyson. tyson was so quick and threw punches from all angles so fighters didn't know what hit em. to me tua is another nearly man and tyson is a legend.

Tua and Tyson (prime both) would have been an excellent matchup - neither could claim height advantage as they are roughly same height. Both have explosive power and one-punch knockout capability.
Tyson has elusiveness (good defense) and speed besides. He should have beat Tua. Of course, as has been pointed out ad nauseum (and it is true) if anyone can get Tyson into late rounds there is always the possibility that Tyson loses heart. He expected to overpower and win early and did that well. Get past that and into more chess than poker and Tyson's a bit befuddled.
Regarding Lewis-Tua, Tua's loss was not due to him not being up and ready. It was due to Lewis' height, power and skill - using his jab to keep the shorter Tua outside his striking range, but always right where Lewis could hit him. Tua lost because Lewis won. Lewis didn't win because Tua lost.
well u could say same about tyson when he stepped up in class he always got beat aswell he lost the mega fights against douglas lewis holy twice tua is very good fighter and people who say tyson would blow him out in 1st round are totally wrong tua was in war with ike and took ike punches and he threw like 900s punches tua would give tyson hell of a tough fight a possibly could of won with his sort of power tyson is good fighter just not what people make out like he would beat foreman fraizer ect is just nonsense tyson is good but not greatQuote:
