I have lost over 100 pounds (7 stone 4) in 14 weeks

Man thats much to fast unless you were at 1000lbs to start with. Losing weight that fast isnt something you want to trust to Operas "Fat Chick" of the week book. You need a real DOCTOR,to be safe,not "dr" Phil...

Thats a heck of a lot of weight to lose in such a space of time, but fair play to you if you are feeling more sprightly for it...

I have the opposite problem with weight...I would actually love to gain some!! Im too thin really. Im 6'3" and 76 kg....I seem to have a fast metabolism, no matter what I eat or do I just dont seem to be able to put any weight on. :-\

Congrats mate :coolclick:, i recently lost 6 kilos (was around 86 kilos) now im roughly 80 or 79 maybe. Im starting to develop a six pack without the extra weight...unfortunately i lost the weight coz of a chest infection and that made me reduce my eating habbits but meh take advantage of a bad situation and make it good, why not.

Was 22 Stone 8 Pounds

Now 15 Stone 4 Pounds

5 Ft 11 ½


I am skinny at 15 stone 4 - very big built in general - hence the name ;)

you think thats good i just lost half of that during a huge shit !!
