My point is that he has taken all Taylor could give him and out worked and landed him... Winky is only going to grow more into the weight.Quote:

I couldn't disagree more ;) Winky has done all the improving he is going to do! Taylor laid on the ropes and let Winky bang away and wasn't agressive enough he even said it himself. He hadn't had that much experience with southpaws and only had a small amount of time to work with Emanual Stewart who we all know is one of the best lefty trainers on the planet!Quote:

I don't know what you guys are talking about... Winky has been literally screwed by American boxing his whole life. He had to beat Mosley decisively twice just to get close decisions. He won two relatively close fights against Vargas, and Taylor, and just because they were the "up and rising" stars they were given the favorable nod. He is the second best boxer on the planet, and He would beat Taylor again if they fought IMO. Also 50-50 seems reasonable... He has beaten alot more fighters than Taylor, and IMO he's as exciting to watch.
CC that's the same way I feel... Where is this image of Taylor as an exciting fighter coming from, exactly?? He hasnt been the least bit exciting or convincing against the 2 elite fighters he has fought... Sure he has no problem beating up old jr middleweights and has beens, but that doesn't mean a damn thing Im sure Winky would look pretty exciting fighting William Joppy or Raul Marquez.. Wright beat him, has been no.2 p4p for a long while, and is the only guy Taylor is going to make a huge statement by beating at 160. Like I said, the only reason he shouldn't accept 50-50 and give Wright a rematch is if he is going to move up to SMW and fight Calzaghe. But if anyone thinks that's a fight that will be easily made anytime soon, well.... Good luck with that.Quote:

How can you expect Taylor to look any good against these top guys? it was way to early in his career in terms of experience to be thrown in against Hopkins and Wright but he came out with flying colors considering. People say he is exciting because he KPTFO!!
Taylor is a great student of the game just ask Hopkins, Winky will not win the rematch he had his chance. ;)
If Wright was genuine about a rematch he should be at least be fighting Javier Castillejo next and picking up the WBA.
