I don't know, he didn't look to good to me after the first two rounds, he was constantly overextending his punches and coming in off-balance. Furthermore, he wasn't pulling his punches back after he threw. Tsypko could have taken that fight if he would have capitalized on that by throwing more.
based on that fight, Lacy would lose to the following without question:
Carl Froch
Mikkel Kessler
Allen Green
Lucian Bute
Lacy is now a gatekeeper fighter rather than a contender. Was it an off-night? Maybe, but I would be inclined to say no because he really wasn't able to adjust at all. I like Lacy, he's a class guy and has a lot of heart, but after the Calazghe fight, I don't think he'll ever be the same. Lacy should be fighting Manfredo Jr. that would be a competitive fight IMO.
good point but at this stage Im still prepared to give lacy the benefit of the doubt. it might have just been ringrust too that made him struggle

Yeah, I'm not sure Lacy is the puncher he thinks he is. Knocking out Scott Pemberton early proves especially when Manfredo did the same thing.
yes but he knocked out robin reid who gave calzaghe 12 tough rounds and alot of people think reid should of won plus i dont think reid had ever been koed before so that was impressive win for lacy and actually reid had never been knocked down in his pro career lacy was first one to do it

Reid was well past his best when he met Lacy!
