No, actually I believe Oscar is in the right with Pacquiao, and he seems to do right by his fighters. I have not complaints against him. Yet.......

Why can't there be one title. Have a commissioner like other pro sports to do the promoting. Have a purse for the fight. Winner takes 70% loser 30%.
