Absolutely spot on point ;)
I think Amir showed signs that he can be great, but at times he looked so amateurish I reckon I would have landed a few on him!! ;D
No way is he ready to step up yet, he needs to learn not to mix it up with his chin in the air for a start- he got caught flush on numerous occasions by good left hooks. If that was someone with a harder punch, Amir would have been in trouble IMO.
I also think he also overestimates his own power, he was visibily getting frustrated when the guy didn't crumble at his punches, and as he isn't necessarily a huge puncher, he needs to realise men are going to be able to take him the distance- he was mixing it up at the end to get the knockout against a guy who could match him well on the inside... he's got a lot to learn.
Fair play though, it was a good win, but he needs more experience before considering stepping up IMO...

;D
All could be solved if he learned to fall in every now and then.

Yeh what i was tryin to say is he should be learning from experiences like that and his trainers should be realising he carnt take them shots from a world class fighter.
Not sure what you mean by 'you don't learn your mistakes in a fight'
