Hey Lords,
I don't know what pills you are swallowing, but maybe you should try some of the green stuff.
Holyfield looked average at best against Oquendo, and Freddie looked horrible. Truth be told, Holyfield only fights for half of each round. Holyfield was KD'd by Johh Ruiz, and was only wobbled in the 12th round by the litteKlit... where do you see this victory?

Vitali can beat all those guys but I'd like Vitali to fight Chris Byrd again and avenge his loss, I am sure he would but who knows if Byrd wants to fight any more Klitschko's.

vitali wants to fight Maskaev because he knows that is the only way the klit brothers can both hold titles at the same time. vitali can't beat any of the other champs that's why he wants the chump. He waited until Peter beats Toney the second time to announce that cause he was banking on Toney winning. He knows he can't beat Peter so he wants to win it from Maskaev so even he loses or if he decides to retire again, he's ok with that cause they did what they set out to do and they're happy with that. That's why I no longer respect either klit as a real champ.

I don't think he has to fight, nor do I think he should jump ship and try to get a WBO championship fight.
His mandatory will happen and just getting pushed back in line might make that fight more $$. I thnk it's too risky to fight anyone else and he should just be patient. His time will come and this minor setback will be a good thing later down the road.
I would like to see him fight many of the fighters listed in this thread, but not until he is the champ.

Agreed , I would be very surprised if Peter would beat Vitali , Vitali is Iron clad, loves to fight and can take a punch ! Peter is still too raw and would find himself in deep waters in my humble opinion . Sam is still very wide with his shots .

What "score" does Vitali have to settle with Maskaev, and Lyle, you know damn well that the Peter who lost to Wlad is not the same Peter fighting now. I wish Vitali would go beat up on Valuev or Briggs. He's clearly, easily better than both of them. I have nothing against seeing Wlad and Vitali hold belts at the same time. The bottom line is this: Peter fan or not Peter fan, if you are objective, you have to see that Peter is getting screwed. He earned his shot, and he should get it. I hate to say it, but only a nut-hugging Klitchko ballwasher could see differently. I'm no more of a Peter fan than I am a Klit fan. I like all the fighters here, and what's fair is fair.
Let Vitali take a warm up while Peter whips Oleg, and then they can both have a big old payday and we can get to arguing about Peter v Vit-Klit. That's the fair and sensible option. Unfortunately, boxing is often not fair or sensible.

The score is the amateur fight ALSO he and Wlad will be the first brothers to hold titles together at the same time.
Vitali was promised his shot "WHENEVER HE FELT THE URGE TO COME BACK".....that's not his fault but it is Sam Peter's bad luck.
The Peter fans need to realize Sam could beat other title holders out there and he has the weight to make a move and make a big fight happen but he'll waste his time bitching and end up fighting a nobody and then if he fights Vitali he'll get STOMPED ON.
The people in the wrong are the leaders of the WBC they promised title fights to two people it's not Vitali's fault if any FIGHTER is at fault it's Oleg Maskaev because he has the final say and I guess he wants to make a little bit of money before riding off into the sunset and Sam Peter fans would like to blame this all on Vitali......same as always it's the Klitschko's fault, yeah it's their fault because they are the big money fighters in the division
