Exactly right. What you do in the gym you carry with you into the ring. Bad habits like that are very hard to break. Judah’s hands are always low, and he steps str8 back in sparring, drops his hands and admires his work. any opponent of quality will tax that ass !
His people need to make him aware of that, and correct it, because Zab has excellent speed, and does so many thing good, O0
