Of course she isnt the easiest to game plan for either, because she can change at will
Ok
I've never heard of an inaccurate jab before. That's like saying you can't find your ass to whipe it.
Maybe you mean accuracy with a moving target so it's distancing partly perhaps? I won't offer advice but the trainers might be able to if you explain exactly when and how accuracy is an issue.
Like the band exercises CC Scrap :-)
Thanks Sharla, it will work for you by the sound of things. I had a problem with feet of a World Karate Champ I trained and it solved his problem s with his change of biomechanics a treat, same with the girl Kickboxer, try it cc back
Will do thanks Scrap - It's nice to know I'm not a permanent biomechanical mess! :) CC
What causes mixed up biomechanics are the pscyhcodynamics by the change of structure to skills and posture.
It's primarily why the dinosaurs died out.
So I still haven't adjusted from the kickboxing to boxing transition. Gee I was hoping it was all physical because mentally there's less hope for me but I'll try thanks :)
The dinosaurs eh Von? So the theory would be they didn't adjust to their changing environments fast enough behaviourally on account of having small brains. I still think you're expecting a bit much of old Brontosaurus to be have the physical dexterity required knit cold weather gear! (Yes I'm a geek)
No comment except that you are a geek. ;)
Yes and proud but it takes one to know one :P
What's the best material to use for that Scrap?
Just to add to the geekiness here, there wasn't a dinosaur called a brontosaurus. :)
Md, They sell elastic rope in sailing shops different sizes, also if you can pick up rubber called Super Red but you have to look about for it and have to pop rivet the stuff
why switch back? I'm a lefty that fights orthadox....My amateur coach was 76 at the time and said he was to old to train a southpaw...so I had to learn to fight right handed!!! first fight was in less than 1 1/2 months of training...I only threw 4 right hands...about 200 jabs...won by decision....I loved the fact that my jab and left hook were far above my right handed counter parts...nothing better than pounding someone constantly...sure my right might not have been super, I was 4-2 with 3ko's and 7 no contests...or 10 KO's 11 wins....went over a year without a fight because of it...so I guess my right was pretty good to....I was 2-2 in my first 4 fights....so once I learned to fight right handed it was fantastic!!!! BTW the only thing I do right handed is fight....I eat, throw, Bowl, bat and write lefty......Quote:
