I think lewis tyson is really hard to beat.
Tyson was past his prime.....ODLH is near the end of his prime and Mayweather is just about to peak...gotta go with ODLH-PBF on this one.....Quote:

for now its lewis tyson but we'll have to see how this hype monster plays out before we can make final judgements.
The numbers for Lewis-Tyson were very high. Oscar-Floyd has a chance, especially with the 24/7 show, and all the publicity.
Numbers aside, Lewis-Tyson was bigger. Simply because Oscar has a legacy in the public view(even non-boxing fans) already. Lewis on the other hand, needed the win against Tyson(not IMO), to satisfy the haters.
Agreed, Jones would have gotten seriously injured if that fight ever happened.Quote:

Lewis/Tyson got more hype than Floyd/Oscar. Some of that was because it was a fight that was many years in the making, and also a lot of people were interested just because they wanted to see if Tyson would do something crazy.
Lewis/Tyson had a freakshow side to it because of Tyson, Floyd/DLH would have had a little bit of that if Floyd, Sr. was training Oscar, but now it's just a boxing match.
tyson and lewis
i got the mike tyson game on nintendo with litte mac
Trust me Oscar isn't a star over here at all either. If he walked down any street in the UK I doubt hardly anybody would notice him at all. He's a name that most blokes at least probably have heard of but they couldnt put a face to the name. It's the same as Gatti, a lot of guys you meet in pubs have heard of Arturo Gatti but couldn't tell you what he looks like, what weight he fights whatever.Quote:

At the risk of saying something stupid...Wasn't Lewis vs Tyson pretty much a forgone conclusion on what was gonna happen? Why was it so BIG. I never really got it. The "comeback" Tyson, to me was so increadably overrated it was ridiculous. I said it once, I'll say it again. Tyson was NEVER back.
ODH and PBF is to me a bigger fight.
yes cc- after tyson came back after 5 yrs--he was just a shadow of his former self--it was 2 longQuote:
