For the last 7 year Roger has been Floyds head trainer Floyd is 37-0 4 weight world champ 5 times world champ he can't be that bad because Floyd can't achieve al this just on talent its how he trained and prepared by his uncle now his dad is a world class trainer who trained Oscar but Floyd still picks his uncle that speaks volumes to me he's a great trainer and he cares for Floyd you can see that
