I think the tall guy throws a few that don't connect. Can sometimes not get points for some of the punches that do land when you do that since judges don't have much time to decide whether or not it was real and press the button on time to register with the others for the computer scoring system.

The red corner was only gonna get better. :) blue would of gassed himself out really quickly and clearly was a few levels lower than red in terms of boxing ability

Still taller guy might get his eye in and warm up to be pretty effective. Too difficult to tell!

The tall kid got disqulified, but the other kid first time didnt touch down, my lad stepped back the ref didnt give any instructions so the kid deffended himself with the other guy coming forward. Talked to 3 refs after and to a man they say the ref got it wrong, but thats life no where near as bad as the titanic sinking and being on board.

At least you know, and he knows that he did right.

Adam the other guy got counted out he was sparked, it was a championship contest the guy is on 28 days my kid got disq so cant go through so it looks like there will be no final im told.

In fairness hed done 7 bouts on the trot before that one, probably a bit tired and slow. Always look on the bright side of life, having said that at the time the word that came to mind was cunt.

The first one looked like a knock down to me because the ropes kept him up but the ref was way too slow to react and your guy, Scrap, had every right to hit him. :)

Thats a stupid decision to disqualify him.. Thats very tough luck

Chris its not worth it but its only early doors hes had 7 bouts hes only a baby in terms of Boxing he will come again wiser.

And the guy isnt protecting himself as he lunges in after he gets off the ropes

not only that, the short fellow is lunging at the tall bloke in a offensive manner once he gets up.. if tall guy don't throw , the short fellow would have.I would have done the very same thing in that position. shit happens.

It happens a bit more in the amateurs quick draw DQ's and stoppages via the ref.
