I respect Joe's skill but come on I mean it MAY be different if he fought ONCE in the US but never.....he's fought in Germany (granted not against Svenn Ottke but still in America we're more fair than they are).
Joe's a great fighter but he's giving more greatness away not fighting in America, same as RJJ did not fighting outside of the US (lucky him he had tons of American fighters to fight here). The sooner Joe realizes
