I'm calling major BULLSHITSKY on that statement.... Yea he earned a TKO in the 1st round had a REF against him that kept him sepearated from BENN , long enough for Benn to recover, got repeatedly fouled, put Benn on his azz again in the 8th round and was ahead on 2 of the judges scorecard when the massive head trauma overtook his conciousness.... UNSTUCK?? HARDLY ::**
Re: Gerald McClellan - the final verdict
Benn was entitled to 20 seconds to get back in the ring

He was bullying and not boxing as well as I had seen him... After he put benn down he rushed in... He took heavy blows...
Call it what you will
None the less, I, as you can see from the rest of my post loved him as a fighter

Big whoop.... I dont give a crap about that, what I was eluding to was the ref kept McClellan seperated from Benn for no reason afterward... Even the announcers were yelling "WHAT IS THAT REF DOING" HOME FUKIN COOKING!!!!! Bottom line

Bro, that was your statement I'm calling it with your own words "He did become badly unstuck against the first real fighter he faced."
When 1 boxer has another in serious trouble they usually go in a swinging and seize the opportunity, at least thats the customary method  ;D
Gerald did not become unstuck, not even a little bit
I suggest you go back and watch the fight  ;)
Re: Gerald McClellan - the final verdict
What happened, happened. We cant change it. Erbody in the world thought Mayweathe lost to Castillo but erbody in the wrold cannot sway the decision of the officials. That nite the officials decided that Benn was up in time and Benn won the fight. Officialy thtas what happened.
Re: Gerald McClellan - the final verdict
What surprised me about the ben fight if Im not mistaken is gerald weighed 4lb under at the weighin never could understand why terrible preperation.
