Calzaghe is another one, mitchel put him down and that cost him a beat down
Calzaghe gets a lot of mileage outta that lil comeback win, but honestly who the hell was Byron Mitchell? A fly by night titlist who was past his prime when he took on Calzaghe.
Past his prime lol? he had just turned 30, thats F*** all in SMW, if he wasn't shafted in germany he would of been the WBA and IBF champ...
You can pretend that Byron Mitchell was an exceptional fighter if you want to, but I don't remember any big fights of his besides the Calzaghe fight. Before or after.
and when did i say mitchel was anywhere close to being an exceptional ighter?
well you are defending him like he's your mother. ;D
Calzaghe was knocked down and came back well. You not sold on Calzaghe yet Hulk? :-\
Re: Boxers that are most dangerous when hurt?
A case could be made for Naz he was more dangerous after been hurt or knocked down

tbh mate he wasn't dangerous when hurt, he was dangerous because he had great power for his weight. When he 'came back' it was down to the fact if his leaky defence and lack of skills...
Barrera hurt him, whooped him, and never was naz able to look to be dangerous

Re: Boxers that are most dangerous when hurt?
Got to give Hulk a :coolclick: for Letterlough. Most of the fighters mentioned are great choices. I have to give a vote to Lennox. Some may argue that his balance wasn't very good, but I've seen him take some blows, and stagger, and retaliate with devastation.
Re: Boxers that are most dangerous when hurt?
Julian Jackson It seemed he was in trouble every fight
Felix Trinidad
Nigel Benn
Larry Holmes
Muhammad Ali
Evander Holyfield
Joe Frazier

I don't hate Calzaghe I just strongly strongly dislike him and his rabid fans. Seems their loyalty and support has been waning recently though after his thrilling victories over Sakio Bika and Peter Manfredo Jr. And Preme I resent being called a "Muppet", I do not resemble Kermit the frog or Miss Piggy in any way shape or form.
