By Junior he means they earn 5k less per year and get less of a car allowance on the saddo company car scheme. Although i think they all get regular appraisals to see if they can be promoted to full MOD.

Forgot that the Mods are also afforded different levels of powers depending on their standing on the forum, the Mods are ranked as follows

1.) Big H

2.) Missy

3.) Memphis


4.) Steelie
5.) Cutmemick
6.) Wacko
7.) Maddog

Theres been a few who were mods but arent any more i thinkk..

He wasnt very active either so hes not a mod no more

What about Royal wasn't he a MOD aswell ??

I would be a great mod, I post here all the time. Im always telling off silly so and so's but Im never made a mod...

i got lucky Smash put in a good word for me i was going to be mod of UK board at first but i got calendar board instead just ask Saddo if there are any spots left.
