Did the guy fight steady during this period or was there a long period of retirement. Also you may consider rewording the question to say "losing a MAXIMUM of one fioght" and not a minimum. Minimim means "at least".
Well Ricardo Lopez went his entire 16 year career and never lost but seeing as he fighting guys who weighed less than the average 7 year old American female it's no great feat imo.
