problem is that Joe would be putting pressure on Tua which Tua is unaccustomed to from a short heavyweight. Lennox put Tua into a shell and even though Tua lasted 12 rounds, he pretty much was there to survive. Tua has incredible power, but he has not taken advantage of certain times to get fights made and win a championship. I think he should be more out in the open. There is a lack of confidence in him or his handlers.

Lennox fought a smart fight that night. Lewis stayed on his heels and did not engage at any point ( he respected that Tua Power. . . David trained hard for that match make no mistake. the diet could have been better , and there were other things going on physically with Tua after the 3rd , It is what it is ! The blame rests square on his shoulders. He should have done some things different no question.

Mediocre at best ??? he gave one of the best hws of 90s his toughest fight some thought he derserved decision aka Ike Tua also made Lewis go into a defensive shell after he had took Tuas bombs Tua is not that great when someone fights on outside but on inside he is great and far from mediocre just because he never won title doesn't mean he isn't good Jimmy Young or Herol Graham never won a title either doesn't mean that wern't good.
