I hope this works out for you mr h. I gotta disagree with you when you say you can't help eating though. If you lost 100 pounds you obviously have the ability to control yourself. I know its hard as hell to do for some people and I'm not knocking you. I'm just saying that if you think like that and say its beyond your control then you're setting yourself up for failure. Thats just my two cents on the matter anyway... good luck with the hypnosis.

I lost 100 pounds by not eating at all for 14 weeks (4 shakes a day) I guess food is like a drug to me, i.e you can't have just a little bit of heroin each day :-\
