I Stay the fuck away from Creatine that stuff is lethal .
Love watching the roid heads work out at the Gym for a month they wear vests and strutt around with Snooker Balls up their arse and then for 2 weeks they wear big jumpers ....fucking freaks .

nope i have nothing against creatine, i have had good results with it in the past but i cant do with pissing all the time, no i dont use a sunbed, and i own about 2 white t-shirts but there baggy so if that makes me part of the bridade then im one of em ;D

Can you explain this? an average cycle of steroids is at the very least 6Weeks and then around an 12 week+ break so that makes little sense,they must be freaks
