Re: Hitman Training
Chillin at the moment....
5.50 every two mornings i do a four mile run at a nice tempo to get a nice sweat up.
On the "second" mornings i do a 3 mile run, high pace.
Next week im starting weights again to bulk up to avoid injury during training for February

Re: Hitman Training
Pushin it as much as i can...
No running, keeping my legs for sparring trying to get my techniques right.
Sparring a heavyweight southpaw Monday, used movement and offensive moves to totally outpoint him, He got maybe one shot in.
Training is no good lately, gynm is pissin me off as there's nobody to do pads witha nd few spars.
Sorting that tomorrow evening by going to another trainer and asking his help.

Re: Hitman Training
Feel more able to post about my training now.
Running 4 miles every two days, sprints in between.
Each session in the boxing gym involves sparring, bag work and new defensive drills. I'm mastering my movement by warming up with the kids. I take a round with each of thenm and let them try to catch me. It helps as long as I remain sensible.
