Yeah I wanted to make one since he said the angles aren't big enough on a standard commercial one but i have no idea of where to get the curved bit on the bottom.
I use the medicine balls instead.

You could have someone cut you a hole in a square piece of plywood, and then attach a basketball right in the middle of it.
That's a clever idea Chris and i like it (CC in 24) but I'm just concerned about a few things,
The one on Scrap's vid looked like it had something cylindrical attaching the wooden board and the curved bit to make the angle bigger.
I'm not sure if a basketball would have a large enough diameter to make balancing on it hard enough work.
Also being a midget my feet are not that far apart when I'm in my boxing stance so having the ball stick out the top might interfere with them a bit.
How did ya make it Scrap?
I see what you mean. You could always make the hole smaller so that only a little of the basketball goes through, therefore giving you a bigger angle to work with.
It's still a balancing act nonetheless.
You can also use a larger ball if you can find one.
I used a gass cylinder cut the bottom off and welded a plate to it. You can use a tenpin ball as well cut the top 3" of it then screw the wood into the ball. Or cut the ball in half and use both halfs for both feet thats fun.
Interesting CC Scrap. I don't have access to welding equipment but you've given me some ideas anyway. I might go harass the hardware store guys at some stage. :) How big an angle is big enough?
15 degrees
All good thanks Scrap - I'll keep that in mind :)
