We need to see these young lions go at it. The winner of those fights should fight each other. Oscar should have to work to get another chance just like everyone else.
Judah gets beat by Baldomir, and gets a fight with Mayweather right after, looses that fight horribly and then gets suspended, doesn't win his comeback fight (it's a NC), and get a WBA welterweight fight against Cotto which he also looses horribly, and then is suposingly gonna get a fight with Margarito? also B-Hop lost 2 back to back against Taylor (although i thought he won the rematch and the first was a draw) and gets a crack at then lightheavyweight champion Antonio Tarver, so whats the prob about De La Hoya getting a shot at the winner, when none of his losses have been lopsided?
Judah was in the fight nicely in the early stages if you ask me

I think Oscar better be careful or he's gonna get his a** really beat for the first time in his career. He can't keep this up forever and we all saw what happend to the great Jones Jr after coming back down in weight.
I don't think he can beat Maywether.
Margarito and Williams work rate will be real hard for Oscar to keep up with as the fight gets to the championship rounds
Cotto and Mosley pressure and hard punching will give him hell.
And even Cintron with Tito-like punching power might put that a** in the canvas. Though he is the weakest link in this division and Oscar should beat him.

Cintron's power is nowhere close to Tito's sorry, and IMO De La Hoya has enough to compete with any of the top welter's, i'd go as far as to say that he has just as much left as Mosley

Lol, Judah would get holes blown through him by Oscar, what a joke. Judah always looks good at 1st then goes into Disneyland and stands around getting beat up. Oscar would ruin that guy, if Cotto already hasn't. Oscar has a couple good fights left in him. I would like to see Oscar and Cotto myself, though I see a repeat of Oscar/Chavez even though Oscar's getting "old" now. Him and Margarito would be fun, as would Williams. No comment on Cintron

Judah was pimping Cotto real bad until Cotto went on a low blow and elbows frenzy.
Oh please Judah landed few good shots at start but he always does just like Judah hurt Kostya and he started well against Mayweather aswell but typical of Judah he couldn't keep it up nothing to do with low blows its just Cotto was too aggressive and Judah couldn't handle the pressure and Judah took one hell of a beating so just because he started well like he always does this means he can beat Oscar ??

As for Delahoya vs. Judah............. I said if Zab gets a couple tune up fights in against a couple journeymen (Margarito would be perfect) then he beats Oscar, but if they fought today, Delahoya by decision.

Even though you were the one I quoted, I didn't necessarily mean that you were the most egregious example of whining. I'm sure you are right that Oscar isn't at prime anymore. But he's good enough to give most who are something to think about. Did pretty good against Mayweather, the P4P best ... sure wasn't made to look foolish. I think that's saying something for him.

I don't understand what your getting at so your saying without them low blows Cotto wouldn't have won ?? because i didn't see any difference in the fight except that Cotto was able to get closer but that was due to Cotto changing up by throwing a jab here and there and punishing Judah when he got close he didn't give Judah a chance to relax.

I think whats more absurd is you thinking Judah could beat Oscar and saying that Judah was just about to knock Cotto out when he wasn't he hurt him few times but Cotto has been shook up alot worse than that and has comeback to win like i said Kostya was hurt by Judah and so was Mayweather but Judah can't keep it together and thats why he lost and its nothing to do with the low blows.

I think with Cotto/Hatton/Margaritro its going to be an ODH classic where he starts great and runs out of gas late...I don't see any of these guys KOing him so its a simple question of can Oscar's gas tank hold up long enough to win a decision. I'd give him a decent chance against Hatton/Margaritro but not Cotto. I think he'd KO Cintron...I thought Kermit looked good in his last bout, but I just can't shake the Margarito KO. Stamina issues aside he's never been in the ring with a fighter of Oscar's skill. Judah gets KO'd and KO'd early...Williams is an interesting fighter with his size and speed....A few years ago Oscar is able to turn this in to a brawl and wins via KO, but now I just don't think he has the stamina to impose his will on a fighter with Paul's physical attributes
