Napoles was from Cuba, he went to Mexico in the early sixties i think so i guess he doesn't qualify. It's a good point though, he would be in the top 5 for sure.

Napoles like many other fighters who are born in country but fight out of or live in another will always bring the question 'Where do you list them under?' Country of origin or where they lived?
Me personally I go by the country they were born UNLESS they become citizens of that country.
'Chiquita' Gonzalez in my book comes between 11 and 15.

Both Marquez bros. I have back to back at 11, 12. JMM at 11.
The reason why I listed Zaragoza is simply because I feel hes accomplished at this point slightly more as far as an overall career.
When you look at title defenses, how many times he was able to win the title back, he fought and beat some of the best names during his reign.
That IMO is just enough to put him ahead.
There is however NO DOUBT in my mind that by the time they both end their careers they will def. be in the top 10.

I like Zaragoza, but I would include Manuel Medina and Jorge Paez ahead of him.
